Communication Rules for the Society of Professional Engineers and their Staff both Privately and Professionally

For Security reasons and massive fraud being committed mainly by the Financial Services Industry and their staff directly and indirectly the following rules apply:

Telephone Calls : We do not answer calls from Private or No Numbers Sending, Automatic Dialers, numbers such as 031 903 xxxx or Call Centre numbers.

All Communication must be in writing. We also do not disclose ID no's Addresses and other information over the phone for any reason what so ever.

SMS and Text Messages :We do not accept SMS or text messages to any of our Cell phones both Business or Private for any reason. They are blocked by the BlackBerry Server unless you have been given the Security Code to use BlackBerry Messenger Service or are listed in the Phone contacts.

Electronic Communication Via E.Mails :We do not accept emails from No Reply email addresses or Blank sending.

All emails must be sent from a email address incorporating the individuals name, and must include the senders full name and direct phone Number ( and not a Call centre number ) The Email is discarded by the server automatically if this rule is not observed and is deemed not to have been sent and received by us,

Correspondence : Only Electronic Correspondence by e mail is authorised

Hours of Business : Our hours of business are from 09:00 to 16:30 Monday - Thursday and 09:00 - 13:00 on Fridays.

After years of Problems with Telkom with bad Service, incompetent and cheeky Call Centre agents, dishonesty with the products they are offering, Cable Problems, false speeds on the ADSL line, high costs and an unreliable service we have removed them from our lives ( Telephones and ADSL Lines ) as they have become a major risk to South African Business.

We have Installed Neotel telephones ( wireless working from a fiber optic cable ) and Cell C Data Cards at speed of 21.6 Mbps and at a cost of R0.05 per MB. Our fax line is via our ISP and is received as a email. In the first 6 weeks our Productivity has increased and our stress levels reduced.Business is now a pleasure without Telkom. If your Service Provider is giving you trouble get rid of them
