Brief obtained from client.
Advert placed in local and international newspaper (at client’s expense) using customer name.

CV’s are obtained.
All respondents contacted by Consultant.
Short list compiled and certain criteria and information collated
Respondents contacted and interviews set up.
Consultant attends interview with client.
Successful candidates advised.
Unsuccessful candidates advised and reasons given on behalf of client

2. HEAD HUNTING

Full brief obtained from client and consultants contact suitable people and arrange interview, after discussion with client and candidate.

Fees 30% of annual package (no advertising fee)

3. PERSONNEL SELECTION *

(This comprehensive service involves the following) :

Personally obtaining a job specification from the client
Compiling and advertisement and placing it in the appropriate media.
Accurate recording of all respondents.
All candidates are telephonically screened and interviewed.
Standard formatted CV's of short listed candidates compiled.
Objective reference checking upon request.

Personal presentation of the short listed CV's.
Arranging of interviews
Advising all unsuccessful candidates in writing.

Fees R4 500.00 plus placement fee (see table below)
